3D Printing - ZCorporation Z810 Rapid Prototype Machine
The Z™ 810 System is the fastest and least expensive way to create large appearance prototypes for design review, mock-ups for form and fit testing, and patterns for casting applications. The large build volume [20" x 24" x 16" high] allows us to print full-scale concept models for more effective communication with marketing, manufacturing, customers and suppliers. The Z810 System’s color capability allows accurate representation of designs including FEA and other engineering data, further enhancing communication. Physical models can be created in plaster or starch based materials and can be infiltrated to produce parts with a variety of material properties, satisfying a wide spectrum of modeling needs.
3D Digitizing - 8' FaroArm
FaroArms measure, control, digitize, or create a 3D CAD component analysis right in production or during assembly. Applications include 3D modeling, alignment, geometry checks, part-to-CAD comparison, rapid prototyping, retrofitting, and reverse engineering.
Air Flow Testing – SuperFlow FlowBench SF-1020
The SF-1020 measures and records air flow at OEM engineering accuracy, faster than any other flowbench on the market. It can test up to 240 hp (179 kW) per cylinder at test pressures up to 65" (165 cm) of water. The unique variable flow orifice adjusts flow range between 25 cfm and 1,000 cfm (12 - 472 l/s), based on FlowCom™ input, to fit the valve size or valve lift.
