Shipping

Custom Performance Engineering (cp-e®) will ship to most countries throughout the world. Please check the shipping estimate in the Cart to see if your country is included.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations or some domestic states. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. There is a 2 day to 4 week processing time on all orders depending on availability. Some items will need to be manufactured and require a longer processing time, while others will be on the shelf to ship out. After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 2-30 days depending on your location and method chosen. Shipments made through UPS or USPS are 2-8 days standard for domestic after being handed off to the carrier. International shipments are between 3-30 days for DHL or USPS after being handed off to the carrier. The speed of shipment is based on the carrier alone and begins once handed off to the carrier. This includes overnight. Our flat shipping rates are price-based with the cart total being the final determining factor for the tier chosen. cp-e® does not ship packages on weekends and most carriers do not move packages on weekends.

 

Signature Confirmation

By default all orders over $200 are shipped with an indirect signature required ( "Signature Delivery" item in your cart). If you would prefer to have your order ship without a signature, you may remove the "Signature Delivery" item from your cart. If you elect to waive the signature confirmation, LTH™ is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Customers will be liable for any shipment issues encountered along the way. We strongly recommend that all customers use signature confirmation with the typical value of these products.

All shipments are shipped FOB Origin from cp-e®' distribution center. Damage claims for merchandise must be made with the carrier per the carrier's terms or through our shipping insurance provider. Long Tube Headers does not claim responsibility for any damage that occurs during shipment, but retains the ability to initiate any claims with the carrier or insurance provider.

Shipments are insured up to $200 from the carriers by default except for First Class Mail International where no insurance is offered by default. cp-e® cannot be held liable for issues with packages arriving damaged, not arriving or being stolen beyond the cost of $200 for all shipments outside of USPS First Class Mail International. You accept liability for the value of your own packages over $200 if shipment is not insured. For USPS First Class Mail International packages, you accept full liability of the package.

Shipments are sent to the Shipping Address listed. cp-e® is not responsible for correcting your Shipping Address.

Packages over $200 will have a signature requirement for delivery. This protects the recipient from stolen packages and protects cp-e® from fraudulent charges.

 

International Shipping

cp-e® will ship to pre-selected countries determined by us/we (cp-e®). If shipping options do not display for you when entering your Shipping Address, then we do not ship to your country. If your address and country are available for shipping, then we will ship to your country, but you will be required to pay Customs Duties for imported goods. cp-e® does not cover the cost of Customs Duties to any country and is not liable to do so. Prior to ordering from our website please inquire about your country's import taxes on goods.

cp-e® claims no liability for packages sent via forwarding services. We strongly encourage people to not utilize a forwarding service.

 

Refused Shipment

Any customer that refuses a shipment for any reason will be charged a $30.00 refused shipment penalty, any and all shipping costs, as well as a restocking fee of 20% for the returned parts where applicable.
